The procedure was intended to isolate and establish the facial structure recorded in SUBJECT-03. Instead, multiple formations appeared across the surface, each preserving fragments of the same proportions without fully reproducing the original structure.

Shortly after their emergence, the upper layer began to separate from its support. It could not be determined whether the rupture caused the multiplication or whether the surface was damaged by the pressure of several forms attempting to occupy it simultaneously. The experiment was classified as a failure; none of the formations disappeared after the procedure was discontinued.
